Overall not bad as it is quite cheep and 3 star only. But also that’s the maximum (3 stars). Cleanliness: overall clean, but the towel was still a bit dirty. And so I’m using my own towel instead the hotel one Location: longer distance than I thought, but acceptable. Need walk around 15+ mins from the Wembley Park station (underground). Btw do remember to bring toothpaste, toothbrush and slipper as those are not provided. Others things is good. The customer service is friendly and supportive. Check in and out smoothly.

Stayed for two nights and had a generally pleasant experience. The staff were friendly, especially at the front desk. Great location - walking distance to OVO Wembley, perfect for concert goers.

It was a great location near Wembley stadium and wasn’t a long walk from the blue zone to the Ibis! Would stay again and the staff were really friendly and helpful and the cleanliness and the breakfast was lovely!

The Room feels very dirty , damp smell and very uncomfortable bedding de AC is being dripping all night but it’s not possible to turn it off because the temperature inside the room very unpleasant staying
