they have phenomenal service. receptionists are all kind and willing-to-help. Housekeepers are considerate asking me if I need anything despite I just checked in. they will give you a key card for the entry of accommodation and the room you booked. I accidentally locked myself outside twice because I forgot to bring the key card with me all the time. Once was on office time and the other was 7 in the morning whereas the reception opens at 10 am. A kind and heart-warming cleaner helped me to reach out to the manager, who values the security of the hotel and customers' experiences. I had an imperative interview at 9 am. they dragged me out of the misery. I couldn't thank them more.

這間酒店環境和服務都很棒，而且位置也很接近市中心，尋找美食和我喜歡的景點也很方便。只是第二天check-out時見到服務員，打了招呼，退回房卡，但是服務員沒有回應。可能當天剛好是聖誕節12月25日，服務員太忙，沒有點頭說再見，我能理解啦😂

可能是我選地方時沒留意，酒店位置距離市中心有些遠，其他清潔和酒店員工態度都令人滿意。 但是酒店內房間不是每一間都有獨立浴室，定房時自己要留意。

Das Zimmer war gut. Es ist eine Bushaltestelle direkt vor dem Hotel, wodurch man schnell in der Stadt ist. Kühlschrank und Wasserkocher für Kaffee sind vorhanden.
