房間不大但是非常美麗，佈置的很溫馨，洗漱提供了歐舒丹的洗髮水、沐浴露、身體乳，冰箱裡的飲料也免費使用，非常好。我覺得最好的是辦理入住和退房的接待人員的笑容非常到位，使得我入住和離開都非常開心，非常推薦。 The room was not large but very beautiful, with cozy decoration. The toiletries provided included L'Occitane shampoo, body wash, and body lotion, and the drinks in the fridge were complimentary, which was excellent. What I appreciated most was the warm smiles of the staff during check-in and check-out, which made my arrival and departure very pleasant. Highly recommend!

Lovely hotel with cosy character. Our room was large enough for 2, clean and enjoyed facilities such as a kettle and Nespresso machine, a safe and a stocked minibar with complimentary drinks. We didn't use the spa or terrace, but we did use the restaurant for breakfast, which had plenty of choice. The staff were all very helpful and friendly.

My partner and I have just returned to the United Kingdom after having a 訂房網站 to Europe, the final destination of our travels was at the very beautiful and picturesque hotel. The hotel is very well situated to river and minutes away from the Old Town. The interior is beautiful and the decor clearly reflects the reason why it’s a highly rated hotel. Our room was situated on the second floor and there is a lift for those who overindulge in the cuisine or infamous Slovak wines 😁 the staff are all smarty presented in their appearance and polite, the breakfast is varied and it is self service even the hot/cold drinks, so please bare that in mind if you’re mobility is restricted when dining in the restaurant for breakfast. The only negative I can recall, and this is no reflection of the hotel, the hospitality or staff as it was “other guests” having no consideration for guests still in their slumber or at least trying to be. Guests would allow their room doors to slam closed and guests would talk loudly on the corridor throughout the evening/night/morning. So next time I’d probably request a room on the top floor to avoid the inconsiderate guests 👍

酒店的硬件設施和地理位置都還是不錯的，不過前台辦理入住的女士對中國人感覺不是很友好，不過退房時候的那個年輕小夥還是不錯的，早餐有點一般

Very beautiful and clean hotel!! Everything here is very nice and pretty, the hotel provides good quality shampoo and body wash as well. You got free drinks from the fridge e.g. coca cola, will definitely stay again if I go there again👍

Amazing hotel in Bratislava. The hotel is very beautiful designed, the lobby has chimney. The room was very good with all necessary amenities👍 Big thank you for the stuff for all the help and attention ❤️ There is a beautiful terrace between second and third floor. The breakfast is very delicious. Take your time and visit a Library bar near the lobby. The parking is 29€ per day underground the hotel. It was amazing stay ❤️
