The staff appeared distant and unwelcoming, leaving me feeling out of place. The hotel seems stuck in the past, lacking the trust and warmth that guests seek. While it may suffice as a place to rest your head, I can't help but feel it's overhyped given the subpar quality of the accommodations and services. It's worth noting that Kriztina's demeanor at the reception was less than pleasant. On a positive note, Nadaa, who I recall working the night shift, was incredibly kind and helpful. I would highly recommend having such a warm individual handle customer interactions during the day. For a more detailed review, I will share my feedback on another platform.

Breakfast was great, many options. Also staff was very nice. Anyway our room was just alright apart of gold water dripping on us during the shower.
