酒店地理位置好，後面就是老城區，距離布拉索夫火車站打車8分鐘。設施很新，床品也很舒服，前台服務很棒。下次來還會再住的。

Room was fantastic! Modern super clean bathroom, nice shower. Daily Nespresso Coffee Capsules. Big Balcony. Super comfortable bed and pillow. The cocktails at the bar were fantastic. Walking distance to the park, as well as to the city center. Friendly staff, that helped me to book Castle Tours last minute. I recommend the hike up to the Brasov Sign - beautiful sights overlooking the city.

I’m honestly very disappointed with my stay. Some at the hotel doesn’t speak/ understand English, so communication was extremely difficult. For a property that claims to be 5-star, the service and overall experience were far from what you would expect. I paid a premium price thinking I’d receive 5-star service and comfort, but it felt more like a 3- or 4-star hotel at best. If you’re a tourist visiting Brasov, you’d honestly get much better value and service staying at a proper 3- or 4-star hotel for a lower price. Definitely not worth what I paid. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel at all.
