高いだけあって、レセプショニストのレベルの高さを感じました。 忘れ物に気づきましたが、配送手続きのサービスの提供がなく（著払いで）、高いホテルの割には柔軟性に乏しく、融通が利かないので、不便で困っています。

此酒店位於Brasov極負盛名的熱門旅遊地點老城區中心 無論四處步行體驗東歐藝術建築物及選擇餐飲集中地方都極之方便 . Hotel Aro Palace 酒店大堂算是精美而且非常之大 需然並不美輪美奐 但當您選擇入住 不會後悔 加上酒店內應有設施 如大型暖水泳池 桑拿房夠晒大 今次東歐之遊第三個站 布拉索夫 選擇阿羅宮 非常滿意 提示停車場需要收費。

⭐ “Five Stars Only on Paper” ⭐ Calling this hotel 5-star is not misleading — it’s outright deceptive. In reality, this property barely meets 2-star standards, and even that is generous. From the moment you arrive, it’s clear that the “luxury” branding is a façade. The rooms are tired, poorly maintained, and cheaply furnished, with visible wear, stains, and a complete lack of attention to detail. Cleanliness is inconsistent at best, and basic expectations — the kind you’d assume even in a budget hotel — are routinely ignored. The service is where things truly collapse. Staff appear untrained, indifferent, and reactive rather than proactive. Requests are either misunderstood, delayed endlessly, or dismissed entirely. There is no sense of hospitality, no anticipation of guest needs, and certainly no professionalism associated with a 5-star establishment. Facilities are underwhelming and poorly managed. Common areas feel neglected, amenities are either unavailable or functioning at minimal capacity, and the overall atmosphere is closer to a dated business hotel than a luxury resort. Nothing justifies the premium pricing. What is most frustrating is the gap between promise and reality. Guests book expecting elegance, comfort, and high-level service — and receive mediocrity, inconvenience, and disappointment instead. This hotel survives on inflated marketing and outdated ratings, not on actual quality. If you value your money, comfort, or time, look elsewhere. There are many genuine 4-star hotels that outperform this place in every possible way. This is not a 5-star experience. It’s barely acceptable — and certainly not worth the price
