The reception was very professional and helpful. He speaks many languages, very professional. The room service also very fast and the food was so amazing. The location is very strategic near to Conjunto Plaza Shopping and so many eateries around the hotel. Unfortunately the swimming pool was on maintenance.

Hotel ótimo, porém antigo com instalações antigas - para fechar a porta do quarto requer força porque está pegando no batente, as tomadas são de uma padrão muito antigo e não conecta equipamentos atuais.

Ein insgesamt schönes und geschmackvolles Hotel mit gutem Frühstücksangebot. Das Personal war freundlich und angenehm. Lediglich beim Abräumen des Frühstücksgeschirrs war man hin und wieder etwas übereifrig. Wirklicher Kritikpunkt: Eine meiner Gardinen hatte sich in der Gardinenleiste verklemmt bzw. verhakt. Das habe ich an der Rezeption mitgeteilt. Leider wurde das Problem in den kommenden Tagen durch das Housekeeping nicht behoben. Erwähnenswert: Das Hotel verfügt über einen Panorama-Lift an der Außenfassade.

Hotel de alto padrão não pode abrir mão de amenities, estão seguindo padrões comerciais de hotéis. Café da manhã deixa muito a desejar, mesa de quentes, precisa se qualificar no sentido do cuidado ao preparar os pratos, panqueca, tapioca, ovo etc. Pães muito secos. Frutas e itens dos richot's impecáveis.

Old rooms, towels are too old for the level of the hotel. Good breakfast, comfortable beds and nice balcony view. Female staff was great but male staff were quite rude.
