Hotel con muy buena ubicación al aeropuerto de Toronto. Es muy viejo pero saben cuidar las instalaciones. Estuvimos muy cómodos. El desayuno gratis demasiado básico sin huevos ni revueltos o bacon

Our room was clean and satisfactory. The front desk people were all so friendly at check in and they were very eager to help us with questions that we had. It offered a continental breakfast which was on a scale of 1-10 a 5. What they had was little to chose from. It was great if you just wanted toast bagels or warm oatmeal. There wasn’t much to chose from after that All in all. I would stay there again because of the costumer service at the front desk. They were all top notch and very friendly. We also ate the hotel restaurant. The waitress was very welcoming and funny as heck. My wife’s chicken looked and tasted delicious. The recommended steak wasn’t nothing to right home about.

Polite staff, however Dated hotel. Continental Breakfast is awful - Nothing but bread and some cheap coffee. Room had basic amenties and poor excuse of a coffee maker with even poorer coffee.

Room was so disgusting and smelly when requested other room they said it’s fully booked . After a complaint they transfer to another room which was so-so Bathroom was old furnished . Breakfast was worse . Just bread butter jam in main everyday. Spend 4 nights than move to hayatt

I was scheduled for a 3 night stay in Brampton.  The first morning I got to hotel to see if check in early and drop off bags.  Unbelievably, the room was clean and unoccupied. The manager says that their early check in fee is $95!  Since, I am sure, no one ever pays that, so it is not like it is a revenue stream for hotel chain.  All it succeeds in is pissing off customers.  What skin is it off their teeth if room is empty and I just wanted to drop off bags? Continental Breakfast was a disaster with no coffee cups or spoons and stale food.
