We got towels with stains and many holes (as shown in the photos.) We used up soap and shampoo provided, but the housekeeping didnt fill up or gimme new bottles. When we came back around 10 p.m., there was a stack of used plates in front of a room. The problem is it was still there in the morning, even though a housekeeping came to my room to gimme new towels around 11 p.m. (came twice, gimme a towel 1 by 1) meaning he walked pass those plates for 4 times and do nothing with it. Soap and plates are nothing much just showing inattentiveness of staff. However, the towels problem is very inappropriate for a 3 to 4-star hotel like this.

-:Hotel nyaman. - Kamar bersih.. Tempat tidur + bantal nyaman.. Sprei+cover bed bersih, wangi laundry. - Kamar mandi bersih😊.. Shower + keran berfungsi dengan baik. - ada kopi kapsul juga - Breakfast variatif - pool bersih.

Very gd location. Many cafes and coffee shops nearby to eat or even chill. Bed is good and comfy! Room is quite spacious. No complains!

a comfortable hotel! because the location is strategic near Asia Africa and Braga, only need to walk about 2-3 minutes to go there without having to think about the traffic around Bandung City on the weekend!

Secara keseluruhan hotelnya bersih dan pelayanannya ramah, tetapi lantai kamar mandi sangat licin sehingga anak saya terjatuh di kamar mandi. Untungnya saja tidak mengakibatkam cedera yg serius. Mungkin bisa diperhatikan lagi . Terima kasih.
