Disappointing Experience – Misleading and Poorly Managed We booked two rooms for our family, expecting a hotel stay, but it turned out to be more like a hostel. Be aware: the property appears to be used as temporary accommodation for those in need, which wasn’t disclosed at the time of booking. Check-in was frustrating—our confirmation stated we could arrive after 1 PM, but reception told us the rooms wouldn’t be ready until after 2 PM. Staff seemed more focused on monitoring CCTV on a large TV rather than assisting guests. The rooms were extremely small—more like prison cells than hotel rooms. To make matters worse, a loud fan or pump ran beneath our window from 10:30 PM to 6:30 AM, making sleep nearly impossible. Breakfast was another letdown. Service was slow, with staff more focused on washing dishes than serving guests. They also tried to close breakfast before 10 AM, rushing people through. Seating was limited, with tables only suitable for two people, which is inconvenient for families or groups. The coffee machine ran out of beans, and staff said they didn’t have the key to refill it—so if you arrive late, you might miss out on coffee entirely. The toilet was poorly ventilated.. If you're a larger person, you may struggle to fit in the shower or even use the toilet comfortably. Overall, this was the most disappointing hotel experience we’ve ever had.
