The room was spacious, beds comfortable and a good shower. Good number of food options in the welcome service. Staff courteous. Breakfast was good. The downside was the cleaning...dusty carpet, lamp shades, fan and a room full of crane flies on our arrival.

Terrible customer service I had a medical emergency I booked the hotel and 10 min later I had to go to A&E I called to cancel and they refused to refund me.

The location is pretty good if you have a car, as you can get to Cambridge in 15 min. Also there's a mini shopping center next door, so you'll be able to eat and do some shopping. The only point is that the swimming pool and gym shown in the photos simply don't exist! I would come back...

The location is pretty good and in the Cambridge Services. You can buy foods and food shops and little stores beside the Hotel. It is just 20 miles from the City Centre of Cambridge. Free parking space is also provided by the Hotel.
