This was a great place to stay. Check in is done online , and as I am not great with technology, I did struggle a little but the service on the other end of the phone was amazing. I called multiple times , due to my own fault, but each time their help was amazing and friendly and once I was sorted with the virtual key, I was able to get Into the room and it was amazing! Great location, very clean and the housekeeping came on the second day to restock if we needed it. Even with the hiccup at checkin , I wld definitely book here again.

Booked for my sisters family but the room ended up with funny smell and quite dusty and my nephew had allergies either to the air conditioning or the dust on the bed and sofa. Theres also some bites occurred after sitting on the sofa. Understand that its the summer season but pest control or dust cleaning may be recommended. Other than that, surrounding environment and location are great, remote service was excellent and easy to use, the key cafe was amazing
