I reserved this hotel and it gave the impression that after 8pm you could not check-in This practice has to stop ! If you are a hotel you are in hospitality business ! And should be open 24 hours - I telephoned to advise this was going to be difficult to arrive by this time. Booked another, as O hadn’t heard, only after they came back to me with check in arrangements! Can’t stay in two hotels in one night ! I cannot comment on standard but need refund.
