房間乾淨 浴室比較大 前台人員友好 房間沒有海景 但是靠海很近 附近有好吃的韓料店 游泳池開放在九點到五點好像 住一晚感覺根本沒時間游泳……中規中矩水平 800不含早餐還是貴了一點了

Really nice hotel but it needs a refurbishment. Located at the seaside, good service and good amenities. Room carpet was not really clean.

ビーチが目の前で景色が良い。 スタッフの対応も良い。 プールは屋外と屋內にあり（屋內は溫水プール）BARで飲み物も飲める。 部屋の清掃を頼まずに、タオル等をそのまま使えば、飲み物券をもらえるサービスがある。 ゆったりとした時間を過ごせた。

Booked as a last minute, lovely hotel.. Reception staff could not of been more helpful. We got upgraded to a sea view, and the room was spacious & lovely. .. there’s a lovely grandness to the hotel , so I felt sad that the smallest of Maintenon job that I noticed let it down, for example , the conference room opposite the reception curtain we’re hanging off it’s rail. So simple to rectify I’m sure. Bar drinks, VERY overly priced . Didn’t use the Spa as closed at 6pm . I would return to this hotel., as stated the reception ladies were smiley, & helpful.

Bournemouth Carlton Hotel, BW Signature Collection Sea View Double Room Stayed: Jan 23-24, 2026 | Rating: 1.5/5 Hotel facilities were all closed, room was freezing cold (heaters barely worked—I froze to death while sleeping, shower water was freezing cold with no option for hot water at all, and even the lamp wasn't working), and staff were fine but I didn't feel like it was clean at all. People in the hotel were kinda ****** to foreigners, which soured the vibe. Breakfast was horrible—the coffee machine wasn't working, and options were underwhelming. Location wasn't too bad (5 minutes from stairs down to the beach on the east side), but everything fun is on the west side. The view from the second floor of the beach was amazing, but that's not enough reason to stay—there's many other hotels that provide the same view. Overall experience totally not worth £74! Avoid unless you're desperate.

Nice hotel! Furniture is a little bit old, however, everything is absolutely clean and tidy! The main doors of the hotel are always closed during the night (during 00:00 till 6:00) that is actually safe, but sometimes it took time to go out, because the staff didn’t react immediately on calls to open the doors! In general, we were satisfied staying at this hotel. P.s. the view from our room was breathtaking!!!

Hotel overall has potential but unfortunately the carpet had multiple stains in different locations within the room also a rusty stain on the skirting board underneath the radiator. Also very noisy at midnight with hearing the DJ on the second floor, doors slamming and the people within the same row sounded like they were having a great time more her than him.
