Such a cute hotel, central and close to everywhere but the room could have been much cleanier. The view was remarkable and the staff at the reception were so friendly and helpful. Thank you!

Had a wonderful stay at Sea Stone, was checked in by a lovely polite young man. Hotels location was spot on for us, as the Bic venue was literally across the road. Beach 3 mins walk away. Hop on bus , oceanarium also across the road. We stayed on a standard room, which was really clean. There was a balcony on the front of our floor, where you could sit, relax overlooking the sea front, which was great. All in all had a fabulous time.

The worst thing that can happen to anyone other than ending up in hell, is booking to Sea Stone Hotel. Its musty, old, dirty, flies everywhere, needs a revamp and maintenance. The showers are so tiny and not ideal for anyone who is clastaphobic. Had to request twice for our rooms to be made and this was eventually done at 5pm. The hotel's excuse was that they were busy. Their breakfast falls far short of a 4 star hotel. Whoever confirmed this dungoen to be 4 star needs to be investigated for fraud. Eventually cut short our stay and moved to another hotel up the road and which was a 3 star hotel but it was by far way better than Sea Stone. I was disappointed and felt cheated. I dont advise anyone to book here until some serious maintenance, staff training is done

We had a fantastic stay at Sea Stone Hotel in Bournemouth. The location is amazing and very convenient, and the hotel is clean. The staff were outstanding — friendly, attentive, professional, and always smiling, which really made a difference. A special mention to Afria at reception, who was incredibly helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was great and served in a lovely restaurant downstairs, making for a perfect start to the day. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again! Dijana
