Lovely hotel with great facilities. Very friendly polite staff. Room was clean beds comfortable. Tea and coffee in room. Breakfast was good lots of options. Spa facilities good with a nice pool.

I love the swimming pool view and the pool itself is nice to enjoy with the family.

We recently stayed here as a family of four and found the superior room much smaller than expected. It felt quite cramped for a family, and the bathroom was also very small. The hotel is quite expensive for what it offers. The regular price is around £230 per night, which I don't think is good value. I booked it on a deal for £170, but even at that price, it still felt overpriced. Another disappointment was the air conditioning. Even when set to the lowest temperature (16°C), the room never became properly cold. On top of that, we were constantly disturbed by heavy footsteps from the room above, waking us up every couple of hours around 12am, 2am, 4am, and 6am, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. No fridge at the same time which other hotels cheaper have. We also had an issue with the toilet, which wouldn’t flush throughout our stay. This was a major inconvenience and should have been fixed promptly. On the positive side, the front desk staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The swimming pool was also clean and well maintained. Overall, while the service and pool were good, the small room, tiny bathroom, ineffective air conditioning, noise issues, and high price made the stay disappointing.

I need to give a huge shout out to every reception staff member as every single one has been incredibly kind and friendly as soon as we entered the building! When asking questions, every single staff member gave a detailed answer to the point where I wouldn't even have to ask again or ask any further questions! Our room didn't have any AC and our room was very warm even with a fan provided. The bathroom.door was very squeaky too and you had to give quite a nudge when trying to close it or open it. But despite these, the staff member made up for it, we both enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place to anyone travelling to Bournemouth!
