Lovely hotel with great facilities. Very friendly polite staff. Room was clean beds comfortable. Tea and coffee in room. Breakfast was good lots of options. Spa facilities good with a nice pool.

Overall Hotel interior was nice. We booked a family room for three of us, for 2 nights. The room was quite a distance from the reception, along a long corridor, up 2 flights of a grand staircase then through a door, practically opening onto a crazily steep, turning staircase leading to our room door, barely no landing so very difficult with suitcases. There was no access via lift, like the other rooms in the hotel. I do have some mobility issues, especially with stairs, but because we had travelled over 5 hours to get there and didn't arrive until 10.15pm, when reception was closing, we didn't feel we could ask to change rooms. We definitely felt like we were in the servant quarters. The room was 2 rooms conjoined with no door between. Quite old fashioned, which was ok. However the room was freezing cold all night, so much so that I went home full of the snuffles. There is a small radiator in each room, which didn't help much, due to the gales blowing through the windows. One set of windows only had small blinds, no curtains. The rooms looked really bleak and dark, no love in the dressing or decoration of the rooms. We weren't impressed at all. We chose the hotel, so we could have a spa break, only to find out you had to pay extra for the spa facilities and there were no treatments available. We did email the hotel prior to visiting to ask about treatments etc, but received no reply. We were so tired exploring Bournemouth and Winchester the next day, that we didn't have the energy to change the room and it looked like the hotel was fully booked with a coach 訂房網站. The only saving grace of our 2 day break was the free disabled parking and the wonderful breakfast. Sadly to say we booked this instead of our usual premier inn, for a bit of luxury as it was my daughter's 21st, but unfortunately we wished we'd booked Premier Inn, as it's t 1/2 the price and it's warm and cosy. We visit Bournemouth regularly, as our daughter goes to university there, but don't think we will be staying at the west Cliff hotel again

Was alright nothing to great but cheap so can’t complain

Wonderful hotel with excellent service; the pool is very beautiful, and I loved the spa, which is very peaceful.

I love the swimming pool view and the pool itself is nice to enjoy with the family.
