Very happy with my stay at the Harrington Hotel. Very comfortable room, excellent service in the reception and restaurant. I was able to park near the hotel entrance which was a bonus!

In my opinion it is a hotel that I would not recommend to anyone. I had a one night stay. The only positive thing I have to say is that the bedding looked clean, and so did the bathroom in the room. But its appearance was very old and worn. The bedroom windows are dirty as well as the drawers. The walls have old and dirty wallpaper. When I entered the room, I smelled dust and dirt. The whole room is in need of renovation. The visual aspect is not good. The floor is also dirty, especially outside the room, in the corridors there is an old and dirty carpet. I didn't like the experience. I'm not writing just to speak badly but to make you aware. I stayed in room 32. I don't know if the rest is like that. But this was my experience. They must be considerate of customers and pay attention to all these aspects.

Don't even want to give this place a 1 star review but have to, hotel was disgusting we had dirty cups in our room and the Tv didn't work we couldn't even have a drink the bedding was filthy as well when I went and reported the cups and Tv to the night staff he looked at me like I had grown another head and didn't even give me an apology or nothing expect tell me to call the police over a dirty cup how pathetic and the way he spoke to me he is lucky I didn't turn because he treated me like I was a peice of chewing gum on his shoe, anyway I thought there's no point talking to this pathetic peice of staff so I went back up to my room and went back down in the morning where I spoke to the manager who was a bit nicer but again still didn't give me a clean cup or an apology and looked at me as to say what do you want me to do about it, and gave me a email to send a complaint to so will go from there hopefully if! get a respond as it seems this company dose not care about it's customers I mean I wouldn't even let a dog stay here let alone humans so don't be fooled by the price and make sure you read the reviews because you can find such a nicer hotel for around £10 extra.

To be honest, it was not a pleasant experience at all. There were a couple of lifts, but neither was functioning. We had to carry all our luggage up to the second floor. Everything was quite old, and the TV and remote didn't work. The rooms had a bit of a funky smell. Offered free parking. Unfortunately, we haven't got any parking and ended up parking on the street outside the hotel.
