Lovely one night stay at this hotel,was about a 20 minute walk to the centre! Room was nice and the bathroom was lovely! The only downside was what the room resembled a sauna to the point we had to ask for an extra fan which wasn’t too much trouble for the reception team after they located one! I would stay again but would recommend you do not stay anywhere near the leisure facilities and especially not room 23 unless you like waking up feeling like you’re abroad!

Customer service poor. Not very friendly or helpful. Not a welcoming reception. Not enough staff at the bar, always during for ages! Food ok, nothing special. Would not visit again

Stayed couple of nights it was cheaper to park out on main road then what it was to pay hotel for parking, Room a bit on small side with small tv on the wall, didn’t pay extra for breakfast so don’t know what it was like or have time to use the amenities, our room was clean and bathroom was clean would definitely go back to hotel

Room was nice and clean, bed was comfy... Very small lift and was very slow to call.. But all in all a good stay.

Taking long time to check in even though it’s already 5pm that time when we check in. And check in supposed to start at 3pm. Pool is small and not maintained. No pillowcase cover when we arrived in our room.

Nice hotel clean & tidy, though tired in places. Breakfast was very good. Be very careful when choosing a room, I went for a room with a terrace little did I know It wasn't private, nor did it have a very good view whilst sat down, to ok when stood up. (see pictures,)

The room was so durty , we add to ask several time for them to come as for 2 days no one came we add to ask the reception for supply. They came did the bed very badly not even change the sheets there was still sand from the sea. Left the bin without bin bags. And find an condom under the bed.  Reception were talking about there manager in front of us.  Not professional at all.  Will never come back to it and not recommande
