定的房間顯示是16平，實際衹有幾個平米，床離兩邊的牆就一個床頭櫃的寬度，兩個人連站的地方都沒有，行李箱衹能放在門後才能打開，晚上到的，本來想著位置特別好定了三天，退房要求早上十點，最後就住了一夜，早上一起來就退了。酒店是很久了，但是很有特色，位置也特別好，但沒想到掛羊頭賣狗肉，名不符實，預訂的房間無論佈置還是面積跟圖片都完全不同

Hotel staff polite , helpful and informative. Room on the third floor, lift didn't go from ground floor to third floor directly, there were some stairs. Have mobility issues so it was a bit of an issue. There was a way up but it was quite long. Breakfast was extra, didn't have breakfast as I don't eat much. Bed nice and big and comfortable. Room warm, I'm not technical but the radiators didn't really work. Didn't complain as I was only staying a few days, and the room was warm. Room decorated clean and tidy, furniture worn and out dated. Bathroom just a few things needed updated. Shower excellent, lots of hot water and lots of pressure. View from windows was the back of hotel, it was the back end of hotel. I have not had much experience in staying in hotels, this was OK for me, bar area was massive, lots of comfortable sofas and chairs.

Fantastic location of a once former Grand 5* hotel in Bournemouth! Needed single room last minute. Now they boast having cheapest ensuite rooms with baths in town. Anything romantic, maybe search elsewhere 🤷🏼♂️ For price, great value and amenities! Leisure pool if you don’t fancy or risk swimming/ bathing in the sea! Security guard in reception is worrying reflection of todays clientele! Pity the hen and stag weekenders will not save this place !
