My booking was transferred from east cliff Bournemouth hotel to the same company next hotel Bournemouth Carlton. My initial booking picture showed I'll have a family room with a balcony and eventually I've got a car park view room like a doorman room. The room has only shade lights, no telephone service working to contact the reception. There's no fridge and I had to keep a bottle of milk at the kitchen. It's not worthy booking for £ 80, you can get sea view flat on Airbnb by the same price.

Very old not maintaind Hotel the bed in the second room sofa bed and folding bed I got back pain from this and I could sleep anyway Now air condition and even what the big surprise there is no fridge

expected much more instead i had a council flat balcony view of the cars absolutely grime disgusting disappointed pictures were deceiving

房間和圖片完全不符，房間破破爛爛，電話打不通，各種臨時加錢收費，入住時候前台要了信用卡訊息，衹住一天，退房間走了以後，第二天又擅自用我的信用卡收了我第二天早餐的錢，打電話也沒人接。差評。

I enjoyed the location of this hotel. It was so close to the beach. The hotel did not serve breakfast due to construction I assume. However the sister hotel next door , the Carlton treated us as their own guests. The rooms were roomy and clean when we arrived. Towels and bedding clean and super white. Bed was comfy, view spectacular even if we did not have a front facing view. Side view still provided a good view of the sea. East cliff was in walking distance of city centre and beaches. Lots of eating establishments on beaches and city centre. A QR code at reception need to be scanned and service requested if you needed any room services. Due to our short stay, we did not request any services. Breakfast at Carlton very good. Sustained us while we spent whole morning into late afternoon at the stunning beaches. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Cost was reasonable. Hotel reception area is beautiful. Our hotel stay was fit for the purpose we intended for our short stay.

Poor hotel service. We had to wait for 4 hours and call the hotel head office before we were provide a mobile heating. Poor heating in the hotel.
