I had a very disappointing experience during my stay at this hotel. Unfortunately, it did not meet even basic expectations. The room was not clean upon arrival, and overall cleanliness throughout the hotel was poor. We also saw ants in the bathroom, which was extremely unpleasant and unacceptable. The facilities were either outdated or not functioning properly, which made the stay uncomfortable. In addition, the staff were unhelpful and seemed uninterested in addressing concerns when they were raised. Considering the price paid, the quality of service and accommodation was unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel and would not stay here again.
