I booked this hotel through 訂房網站 for a double double bed room, and I got a single double bed, which I had to share with my teenage son. They didn’t give me what I booked and when I called the front desk they said that I used a third-party so there’s nothing I could do about it. 訂房網站 accommodated me with extra 訂房網站 coins for the trouble, but it was horrible and on top of it the bed was so hard and uncomfortable. The window in my room was broken and taped up. It was a musty smell in the room, not good ventilation because the room was so small. This large vent was right on top of the bed blowing either hot or cold air so I just turned it off. The floor was not level so you felt off. I would never go back to this hotel again. If you happen to go to this hotel, don’t book it through a third-party, which their rates on their website are ridiculous for this old dilapidated hotel.

Good value for the location. The gym is quite tight. The front desk service (after a couple of stays) is wildly uneven. The good news is that at least one crew is really good: attentive, courteous, good communicators. The downside is at least two of the other crews are not so much in my experience of using their service and observing it.
