There was no internet the whole time and when my key stopped working, which was probably my fault from putting it near my phone, the front desk acted extremely annoyed to have to assist.

The service is excellent! The hotel upgrade the room for two double beds for just two of us for free! We can enjoy the free breakfast. When two of us complained about the broken tap late at night, the hotel help us change the room immediately! Compared to the terrible service we experienced in New York, this hotel’s almost luxurious! The hotel even help us choose a local travel spot long wharf!

Great staff and the hotel is extremely comfortable and very reasonably priced in comparison to most other hotels in Boston. About a 20 min walk or quick uber 訂房網站 to the nearest metro
