服務很好 出發前的各種問題都幫我解決了 還幫我查了船期 酒店外面像美術館 裡面是酒窖改的酒店 餐廳是日本菜 終於吃到亞洲菜了 挺好吃 就是小貴 酒也小貴 推薦的一款 一杯€13 酒店大堂一瓶才賣€40

Gorgeous and clean hotel with a great, friendly and helpful staff! Amenities are really a great addition, especially the pool, sauna and steam bath which helped us relax after our long travels. A little far of a walk from the city center (approx. 40 min) but if you don't mind walking and exploring, it's definitely worthwhile. There's still a lot to do around the area. (Restaurants, small shops, etc)

第一次去波爾多參加紅酒馬拉松 。這是我喜歡的兩件事情！法國人的低效和鬆弛以及略帶高傲的姿態是我喜歡不起來的原因 這家餐廳最後發現是個日本餐廳，憑本事選你喜歡的酒的話還是不錯的，但是最後沒有熱主食 破例給我住了一碗法國日式的中國蔬菜掛麵 ！最後第二天發生了我的波士頓馬拉松的紀念夾克沒有了 另外結賬多收我2700多歐元 説是收錯了 一開始還不肯給我賬單 最後發現收錯了我差點報警 才承認錯誤 這個問題始終處於不了了之狀態 訂房網站的溝通也是蒼白無力 看起來訂房網站在海外尤其歐洲這樣的地區還不夠有影響力 順便還提一嘴 停車費一晚40歐元…

Beautifully designed hotel with a spacious, comfortable room, and we really enjoyed the spa - especially as a treat after running the Marathon du Médoc. The shower itself is great, but I found the design quite confusing from a practical point of view. The glass partition is quite short, so water splashes onto the bathroom floor while showering. I’m not sure if it was just our room or if other guests have experienced the same thing, but it’s really not pleasant to have water splashing everywhere and that made it pretty hard to truly enjoy the shower. Overall, a stylish and enjoyable stay, but I’d also hope for more warmth and attentiveness from the staff - a few of them weren’t particularly friendly.
