我被安排在吸菸區的正上方房間。因為我本人很怕冷，也不喜歡吹冷氣，所以我一直保持打開露台。第二天我就收到警告信，說我在房內吸菸，要罰我錢，同埋這幾日都不會有房間清潔。我立即找前台，跟他們說我是non-smoker，那些煙味可能是從樓下吸菸區來的。說了很久，他們完全不理會我，說有此發現，所以只能有處罰。我跟他們說，你跟我換房間，離吸菸區很遠的房間，就一定不會有煙味。然後又說沒房間。談了大半小時，他說給我多一次機會，叫我千奇不要開露台，如果之後真的沒煙味就不會有處罰，如果有，就一定有處罰。那餘下4天，我完全不敢開露台，只能被困在一間又凍，又多塵，又暗的房間內。。。結果，我著冷了！！早餐種類超少，而且主要是Korean food。還有一點，我被安排在二樓。沒有lift，只有樓梯。有個staff話幫我搬上樓梯，我就讓他幫了。一上到去，他就開口問我要錢，我心諗你們真的會賺錢，沒有lift就來收我錢。這是什麼世界！？退房那天，有staff話幫搬落樓梯，我直接跟他說“I finish all my cash. ”然後他竟然是沒幫我就離開！！！這裡太恐怖了！！我從未試過寫那麼一大篇負評。但我想讓將要入住或考慮入住旅客人有一個心理準備或衡量自己的容忍度。因為這裡應該有不少旅客會考慮，因為位置是不錯的。

Amazing service at this hotel, the staff go above and beyond at every step to help you, and they were extremely polite and friendly the whole stay. The rooms were light and spacious, but I would recommend garden view over the pool view because of a loud fire show that happens poolside every evening at around 8pm. The hotel undersold it's proximity to the beach, it is less than 5 minutes from hotel to the water, and they have a great towel system where you can borrow from the hotel and take it with you. They also have sunbeds on the beach reserved just for hotel guests. The hotel itself has 4 pools, 2 of which are connected to rooms. One pool has the bar attached, and the final pool at the end closest to the beach is quiet (and with less children!) Plenty of sunbeds available with comfortable mats, tables, and umbrellas. The only part of the stay that was underwhelming was the food - the area that the hotel has made for the restaurant is open-air, and so the pastries were crawling with flies every morning. It was also very busy every day due to limited space, and there weren't a lot of options.

We had an absolutely wonderful 5 days and 4 nights at Henann Garden! The resort exceeded our expectations in every way — from the warm and friendly staff who were always ready to assist, to the beautiful and well-maintained facilities. Our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, making it the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. The pools and gardens created such a refreshing and relaxing atmosphere, and the location was perfect — just a short walk to the beach and nearby attractions. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious options to choose from, and every meal we had was enjoyable. Overall, our stay was truly memorable, and we wouldn’t hesitate to come back. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway!

We had a fantastic stay at Henann Garden with our 3-year-old! The service was excellent—staff were friendly, accommodating, and always ready to help, especially with our little one. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach and close to restaurants and shops. The pools were clean and toddler-friendly, and we felt very safe and relaxed throughout our stay. Highly recommend for families with young kids!

Расположение хорошее, вблизи всех заведений. Много бассейнов, что хороший плюс. Питание в отеле такое себе, на любителя и среднего уровня. Сами номера неплохи, в норме, единственно пару раз видели тараканов, но думаю это в норме вещей на островах. Нам не совсем повезло с погодой и три дня были проливные дожди и ветер, просидели в номере, так как не знали про пляж Пука Пука. Его как будто обходят стороной все тучи и ветра😁 (фото море со скалой, это он и есть) очень советую данный пляж. Если у отеля погода плохая, то едьте на Пука, там замечательная погода, гарантирую)

헤난가든은 역시나 좋았다 위치가가장좋다ㆍ그러나 바퀴벌레가 가끔씩나와서 ㆍㆍ어쩔수없다지만 조금만신경쓰면될듯 ㆍ시설면에서는좋았다 직원들도친절하다

Очень классный отель! Место расположения золотая середина, в месте где движуха но при этом внутри отеля тихо, еда на высоте, что завтрак что ужин!! Ужин стоит 799пессо с человека шведский стол. Нам все понравилось, настоятельно рекомендую всем кто посмотрит в сторону отеля

보라카이 처음 간 사람은 위치상 좋아요 벌래&바퀴벌레가 있다는데 저희가 있던 방은 벌레도 바퀴벌레도없고 깨끗했어요 화이트비치가는 통로가 있어 스테이지2 디몰가는거리가 위치상 좋아요
