飯店的游泳池非常好，游泳泳池中間有一個水池bar，可以邊游泳邊喝酒非常chill.飯店的按摩價格實惠也非常舒服，房間很大，但畢竟是有點久的飯店，感覺比較舊。飯店位置離沙灘要走一小段段落，但可以拿飯店的毛巾去station 2的regency 使用躺椅，以這個價位來講CP值真的非常好，推薦。比較可惜的是早餐並不豐富。

名符其實的飯店，果然如同瀉湖一樣，飯店內到處都是泳池，距離海邊也很近，大約一百公尺，旁邊也有超商跟醫院，銀行，門口24小時都有排班計程車，很方便的飯店🏨

⭐️⭐️⭐️ (3 out of 5 stars) We stayed at Boracay Haven Laguna and overall had a good experience. The pools were fantastic, the breakfast was great, and the staff — especially the massage team — were always friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, there were a few issues that left me disappointed. On our first day, we didn’t have hot water, and when I used the kettle, it leaked and ended up burning my hand. I mentioned it to the front desk before heading out for dinner, but later that evening, we heard laughter coming from the same area. I asked if they were laughing about my situation — they said no, it was about another guest — but the timing made the experience uncomfortable. I was also surprised that no one seemed to take the safety issue seriously, especially since I had my 4-year-old with me. To make things worse, even the bucket of ice we were given was leaking. Despite that, most of the staff were wonderful, and the facilities were lovely. It’s a nice place overall, but that one incident left a bad impression — so I probably wouldn’t stay there again.

Everyone was so kind. It is part of a larger group of hotels, so you are able to use the Spa and beachfront chairs of sister hotels. Good location- walking distance to all the parts of White Beach. Swim up bar was amazing and a great way to wind down from a day of relaxing.

Overall, the stay was not bad. The service was acceptable, and the room and the bed linen was quite clean. However, there were constantly ants in our room (second floor). Housekeeping came and wiped them away, but they always returned, so we just had to put up with it since a refund for the prepaid days was not possible. Tip for future guests: make sure to check the accommodation conditions in advance. A deposit is required for each night of your stay, so plan your budget accordingly.
