第二次來入住了，一如既往的好，早餐正對著白沙灘，風景優美，早餐豐富。房間也很大，前面就是游泳池，值得推薦入住。

被安排了一間又小又黑的房間，進去就看見七八衹蚊子在飛，待了十分鐘被蚊子咬的到處是包。後面換房間了到是沒有蚊子。設施就是一二十年前的裝修，房間甚至沒有吹風機，需要打電話到前台借！續住的房間紙巾和咖啡包也不放！入住時和前台溝通，退房時他們聯繫車送到機場，1000P一個人，到了離店前一晚，前台一個像領班的女的突然説要1500一個人。而且態度極度差！見到白皮黑皮倒是笑臉相迎。後來自己聯繫的正規接送公司，680P一個人！提前一週多訂成750一晚，退了房發現今天衹要300。退房酒店查房用了20分鐘！辦完退房不給出門標簽（我們不知道需要這個才能出酒店）到了門口保安讓我們找前台拿。每一句都真實，朋友們不要去！

A very Beautiful resort with 2 sizeable swimming pools, delicious breakfast, friendly staff and a short walk to the beach. Nearly perfect. I wish I was aware of the room layout because I really hated the fact that I open my curtain and there’s another apartment, yet it says garden view. If you want a better , more convenient room don’t book stay at the east wing, rather pay a little extra. It’s also not hotel style where you get a robe and slippers, however you do get a fully stacked fridge where the drinks are pricey. The staff was the best part of the hotel honestly , they helped with everything so nicely. Except the place where we booked the tours we were always delayed and the program wasn’t organized properly, so much that we had to do a tour on our final day and we even missed our flight due to a 15 minute activity that ran over 2 hours and a half hours. The transfer was smooth though

The hotel is located at staion 3 right at beach front. We had an early check-in at 12:30, which was great that we had rest early. Location - It is a beach front hotel at station 3. It's accessible to nearby restaurants, bar, and souvenir shops. Great location, which is not too crowded. Room - the room has a nice interior with a balcony. The bed is very comfortable with three pillows in each bed. It has a TV, refrigerator and mini bar. The bathroom is clean and spacious. It also has a bathtub.. Food - The food is great, we had our lunch in their restaurant nearby the pool however it's a bit pricey. The breakfast buffet has a good option from Filipino food choices and continental varieties. Overall , Paradise Garden boracay is highly recommended. Staff were all friendly and polite, and they were all helpful. The food was great , great service and the location was strategic. Definitely will come back again.

Gorgeous beach right in front of the hotel. It truly feels like paradise. It’s a shame the hotel removes all the lounge chairs at 5pm so you need to find somewhere else to sit after that. Lively neighborhood. Breakfast ok. Spacious room with comfortable beds but the furniture needs to be changed, it’s all falling apart and the view is really bad. It takes a few minutes to reach the room and a lot of stairs. Be careful, mosquitos are everywhere inside the room the second you turn off the mosquito killing lamps outside.

這個酒店避雷下，特別帶娃的家庭，房間又小又熱又臟，長灘島之行住的唯一踩雷的酒店，房間裡壁虎螞蟻很多一進門房間空調上就有一個壁虎，看到房間環境時傻眼了，服務還是可以的，帶著看了三間但是都是不滿意，要退房酒店不同意，最後還好訂房網站爭取百分之五十房費，我自損百分之五十，自己重新找酒店，大堂的沙發真的臟的可怕

Place is old and dirty. The hotel is infected with termites. Termites poop will fall from the ceiling into your bed and if you don’t pay attention they will fall into your mouth while sleeping. They will ask For everyone’s ID including babies from 1 month old and up so they can charge you more per room, even tho I called a month before they assured me they the kids stay for free. They ask you 2500 pesos per room you book as a deposit and they will find a way to make sure you don’t get your money back, they give you one towel per room and if you ask for another towel they will charge you they don’t clean your room daily and if you ask for toilet paper they will Charge you. From desk are just alike a robot who try to find a way to make you pay more for the room you already pay and lack of basic customer service skill.

The hotel has some nice areas, Wi-Fi works decently, staff are friendly, breakfast is ok but very crowded. I booked the rooms from south wing annex, big mistake, tap and shower water smells bad, my friends stayed in the premier wing which they said there was no problem with the water. Rooms from south wing are very old. The difference in price is not much between south wing and premier room, I would definitely recommend stay in the premier room. Avoiding south wing annex I would definitely stay in the other sections of the hotel. They provide hotel transfer for PHP 2,000 (return) and the hotel requires a deposit in cash, you can use any currency that you have as deposit they don’t necessarily ask for Philippines pesos. You can leave a deposit in your credit card but the receptionist said it will take between one month to 45 days to return.
