房間很滿意，就是按摩不太滿意，按摩很好，但是技師總是少了我時間，第一次少5分鐘內可以接受，第二次也是5分鐘可以接受，第三次去按摩約了個lomi lomi 90分鐘，技師少了我17-18分鐘無法接受，我每次按摩之前習慣了先錄像，後按摩，哪怕不記得看時間，可是錄像時間不會錯的，我知道技師可能連續接客人很累，可是偷時間是不對的！如果大家來這個酒店按摩記得看時間，按摩房間的房間有股發黴的味道，其他總體是很好的，酒店前台服務特別好

We enjoyed the location being away from the hustle of town, especially with the New Year parties happening in town. The convenience of the free shuttle was great to enable us to maintain budget but also have access to town. Friendly and attentive staff, when we did have minor issues within our room. The infinity pool was a great asset, although the restaurant could do better as many menu items were not available. Overall a great venue, to which we extended our stay.

Our stay at Alta Vista began on a disappointing note due to the hotel's early check-in policy and miscommunication between the front desk and housekeeping. We arrived as early as 10 AM, but were not accommodated for early check-in unless we paid an additional 1,000 PHP, which we declined—despite the fact that the hotel was not fully booked, and many others typically allow early check-in. After waiting until 2 PM, we were finally given a key, only to find that the room assigned to us was still messy and unprepared. Thankfully, the experience improved somewhat after that rough start. The shuttle service to D'Mall was very efficient. The room itself was spacious but outdated and in serious need of renovation to make it feel more modern. The breakfast was decent, though it could benefit from more variety. There is no beach nearby, so you have to travel back down to either Puka or White Beach. On the positive side, the pool is large, well-placed, and offers a great view.

The place is perfect for our vacation. It's clean and well maintained. The staff are all very accommodating. The price is reasonable. The food are good. Definitely a place to come back and worth mentioning to others.

The resort is nice, clean but it’s too far in station 1 to 3. The staff are very accomodating. Buti nlng may shuttle going to the beach front. The bfast food is also good and deliciuos.

The hotel is still excellent, 2nd time to stay here. But booking with 訂房網站 had terrible bump- i specifically booked for 5 pax, turned out only 2 got through the final booking, so we have to pay extra.

我在這個酒店住了二天，我入住酒店房間看到很髒請求搞衞生不肯，衹能退房才搞衞生，我不知道有多久沒人住了，被子蓋好之後全身都癢，還有方圓3公里沒有食物吃，房間經常出現猴子敲門夜裡嚇**。退房時候由於住了二天有些食物沒有收拾，罰了我3000比索，不給錢不給我走，還威脅報警。悲哀的酒店
