There was a miscommunication with the staff regarding our boat and land transfer and room service massage but they fixed it and was pleased. All staff were very kind and accommodating, special mention to Bernadeth, Phoebe, Beverly, Wilna, Angellique, Nathan and Reneboy. The rooms were very clean and breakfast was good. The location is a bit far from Dmall but they have a shuttle service (but not always available) but otherwise the service, staff and overall makes up for it. We will definitely come back again’

Из плюсов: 1) Отель новый 2) Свежий ремонт 3) Отличные бассейны 4) Персонал дружелюбный 5) 2 минуты до моря по отдельной дорожке 6) Бесплатный трансфер до ди-мола 7) Чисто Из минусов 1) Завтраки не очень вкусные, но голодные мы никогда не уходили. Есть чай, кофе, лимонады, яичницы , омлеты, тосты, джемы , мясо какое-то, батат, мало овощей, но латук всегда был, арбузы, ананасы, бананы. Отель хороший, поэтому рекомендую.

Our family had a wonderful stay in the Premier Room at Pinnacle Boracay from January 29 to February 1. The room was spacious, modern, and well-maintained, providing the perfect home away from home during our vacation. The bed was large and very comfortable, ensuring we had a restful sleep every night. The balcony offered a nice view, and we enjoyed having coffee there in the mornings. The bathroom was clean and stocked with essentials, and the hot water worked perfectly—ideal after a long day at the beach. We also appreciated the quiet ambiance of the hotel, which made our stay even more relaxing. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any requests. The location was convenient, with easy access to the beach and shuttle service available when needed. Overall, our stay in the Premier Room at Pinnacle Boracay was a fantastic experience for our family. We highly recommend it for those looking for comfort, privacy, and excellent service in Boracay. 房間排列挺憋屈雖然有個陽台出去就跟對面房間面面相覷廁所排水確實有問題洗個澡全房間都濕漉漉的除了跟lind 公用一個海灘其他都沒什麼好的沒有吹風機酒店shuttle 去Dmall 的衹到五點也沒有提前通知然後司機經常出去了然後就讓你自己打車去的時候客人太少了。根本沒有自助早餐早餐很難吃懷疑是人少大廚直接下班了讓學徒隨便做做的

Really enjoyed our stay at Pinnacle. Love the showers powerful and good temperature control, slight downside for water sipping through but all is good. It’s in close proximity to the beach so that was nice, however the part of the beach we were close to had a lot of seaweed. Breakfast was ok standard options which sufficed. We like the two Queen size bed per room setup. One of the thing that we were really thankful for is that they accommodated for our friend’s dietary requirements as she had to fast for the month of Ramadan.

We stayed here for three nights 9-12 January. We had an early check in at 2. Staff as usual are always friendly and helpful the free shuttle to and from D Mall was handy. Unfortunately the breakfast is not very appealing or something to rave about. Everything is cold they don’t have the burners on to keep the food warm. We got a good deal with 訂房網站 We plan to return in June hopefully there will be good rates and they will improve on their breakfast.

Far from Dmall but they offer free shuttle. Breakfast is typical but good. The rooms are sooo big didn’t expect that. (Comparing to Henann where we usually stay). Love the staffs, super accommodating! Especially the OJTs

If you want a quiet place to stay away from the public and good value for money, this is the place for you! But you do need to pass through many stairs to get to the beach and climb back up, but definitely worth the it! Customer service is good, can be better, but it’s good. Overall, I had a great stay for my 訂房網站! I got to the get the peace I want away from the crowd.
