何南棕櫚海灘度假村 (Henann Palm Beach Resort)

I had a great time staying at Henann Palm Resort in Boracay. The resort is very nice and well-located, just a few steps from the beach. The room was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed. The staff were friendly and always ready to help. I really enjoyed the pool and the breakfast was delicious with lots of choices. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience. I would definitely stay here again!

這一點分數給的訂房網站售後和餐廳的服務員，大堂門口的安保和前台人員極其差，中國人一定要避坑！ 先來説説坑： 1、酒店地理位置對不上這個房價，預訂時候一千多的房價，地理位置近S3了，準確的説是S2.8。 2、再來説説前台接待人員，我預訂的是海灘景觀房，他一共有2樓3樓12間房間，我在第一天入住時候發現視線不佳時提出換房，前台人員答應我説第二天或者第三天給我換到3樓。我第二天去前台確認，她説有人續住了，我再次問她第三天換房確認嗎，她説一定可以。結果我第三天整理完行李之後和我説還是不行，要第四天才可以。我反覆溝通，她就重複一句話，她無能為力。 3、酒店乘坐tutu車很不方便，我第一次看見酒店有tutu車進來後下客變為空車，我剛想上去就被酒店安保勸離，我和tutu車司機互相一臉懵的狀態，酒店安保假意的問你去哪，説他會喊車進來。後面發現，其實就是他們的壟斷，外面進來的車都貴，且都是他們指定的車。 最後説説好的地方： 1、換**件發生後，我聯繫了訂房網站，訂房網站客服馬上處理，這點還是很好的。 2、酒店早餐工作人員還是很好的，每次領我們到沙灘邊最近的位置就餐。 總結：這個酒店性價比很低！

we had an amazing stay in Henann Palm and the location is fine since it is still beachfront but the service and the amenities... chef's kiss. The staffs are all attentive and really approachable specially when you need something so I highly recommend this hotel. Also the breakfast buffet... mwa mwa AMAZING.

The land transfer was smooth, but unfortunately, the check-in time took longer than promised. One of the front desk staff mentioned our room would be available by 1 PM, but it wasn’t until 2:30 PM that we could check into one room. We then had to wait another 30 minutes before the other room was ready. Additionally, the second room had an unpleasant “kulob” smell, unlike the first room. It’s disappointing that the check-in was the only issue, as everything else was fine.

酒店位置便，可步行到海灘，出去食飯買東西也方便，訂的直通泳池房，但露台門對正公用泳池，有人在泳池游水或晒太陽沒有私隱，所以只好關上酒店露台門，酒店共有三個泳池，環境不錯

One of my top 3 places to stay, beautiful place with a nice breakfast and store close by. The room is really nice the view is breathtaking taking. 100% I would recommend this place to stay🙏🏽

I recently stayed at Henann Palm Boracay and had a fantastic experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and attentive. The check-in process was quick and smooth. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated, with a very comfortable bed and all the amenities I needed. Housekeeping did a great job each day, and everything was kept in perfect condition. The location was ideal—close to major attractions and restaurants, but still quiet enough for a restful night’s sleep. I also appreciated the on-site pool and restaurant which added to the overall comfort and convenience of the stay. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety, and the service was always friendly and efficient. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Nice hotel near beach but too. Crowded

Из плюсов ) Расположение наверное одно из лучших на Боракае. Не шумно , при этом 5 минут и вы в центре событий . Отель имеет свои лежаки на пляже , широкая пляжная полоса, море практически без водорослей , даже в период цветения , это очень важно я считаю . Персонал вежливый . Завтраки каждый день однообразные, но всегда есть , что выбрать . Из минусов ( Не знаю так совпало или причина в плохом кондиционировании , но в нашем номере было постоянно влажно , даже можно сказать мокро ! Прям текло со стен , вещи все были сырыми , в постели было неприятно спать , подушки и одеяло оцеревшее , запах сырости в номере . Так же в номерах небыло питьевой воды , нас это удивило , пришлось самим тоскать из магазина , понимаю вроде ничего такого, но когда ты уставший еле принес ноги в номер и понял , что не купил воду … 🙈 Есть чайник , но нет кружек ))) для чего он не понятно 😄 Тапочек в номере тоже к сожалению не было , зато были халаты )

4D3N - 7 Premier Rooms - Family & Relatives Beachfront: Algae blooms is still evident. If you want a clearer one, you may walk to the boundaries of S2 & S3. Staff: Very accommodating and friendly. A shoutout to sir JK at reception for letting us check-in as early. Food: Welxome drinks upon areival. Free Breakfast buffet was satisfying! Dinner buffet for P949 +250 unlidrinks is worth it. We also tried the lunch buffet at Henann Regency Sea Breeze (P799) upon arrival and cravings satisfied. But if you opt for cheaper ones, a walk to DMall and Food park is ok but not recommended for groups with kids & seniors (like ours). Room: Cleanliness is exemplary. The daily housekeeping is praiseworthy. We felt like we just arrived everytime we walk into our rooms newly cleaned and refreshed. Supplies is replenished everyday when used. With bathrobe and umbrella but no slippers. Amenities: Pools are ok but smaller than other Henann. Pool bar price is cheaper than Sky Pool bar. Water dispenser available in hallways. Wrap up: Experience were almost perfect except for a mishap on the 3rd night. The ceiling of 1 room assigned to our Seniors has broke down. Tatang was inside the T&B when he heard a loud bomb-like sound (as how he described it to us). He get out of the T&B and is shocked for the devastating look of the ceiling debris all over the beds. Lucky enough that he was inside while Inang was still with us in the restaurant downstairs. The family wanted a free 1N stay and rebooked airfare but the trauma made Tatang insisted to go back home. Hotel Initiative: On the same night, Seniors were immediately transferred to another room with pool access. The next day, at 10am, staff called to check on our Seniors and adv that they're allowed for late check out until pickup time. I replied that if extension is for just 1 room, Seniors will opt not to avail it as others will have to wait for them in the lobby. Hotel staff then asked further approval - resulting to a total of all 7 rooms were allowed for late checkout until 0130pm.
