Our stay at Crimson Hotel was truly exceptional! From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding — every staff member was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to assist with anything we needed. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, effortless, and memorable. The food at the hotel was absolutely delicious, with every meal exceeding our expectations. The private beach and the variety of activities offered made our experience even more enjoyable — everything was convenient, well-organized, and worth every cent spent. Overall, it was an excellent stay in every way. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely be returning to Crimson Hotel again soon!

這次的海邊度假體驗非常愉快，酒店的位置絕佳，正對大海，推開陽台就能看到一望無際的海景，早晨伴著海浪聲醒來，心情特別放鬆。酒店整體環境乾淨整潔，園區綠化很好，處處都能感受到度假的氛圍。泳池設計很貼心，既有無邊泳池也有小童泳池，適合不同人群。傍晚時分在泳池邊欣賞日落，特別浪漫。客房寬敞明亮，床品舒適，隔音效果也不錯，住起來非常安靜。尤其喜歡浴室的設計，既現代又實用，能邊泡澡邊看海。餐飲方面，早餐種類豐富，新鮮水果、現做的熱食和當地特色小吃都有，滿足不同口味。酒店的海鮮餐廳值得推薦，食材新鮮，味道也很好。服務人員態度友好，迴應需求很及時，從入住到退房都讓人感覺很安心。整體來説，這是一家非常適合度假的海景酒店，不管是情侶旅行還是家庭出遊，都能留下美好的回憶。下次有機會還會再來。

We love the intimate, pristine white sand beach and the infinity pool with a stunning view of the sunset. Spacious, clean, modern and luxurious suite is impressive. My daughter loves the bath tub. She is also very happy with the complimentary crimson hat, tote bag and slippers. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast and yummy pastries. Thank you Crimson for the excellent customer service and professionalism of the staff especially in the Welcome Lounge. Truly welcoming with free refreshments such as coffee and cookies. Minor improvement I think is the shuttle service going to D’mall. Reservation is better than the first come first served basis. Taking care of the guests will make the stay perfect without worrying if we can go back safely at the resort.

太棒啦，酒店早餐品類很多，中式、日式、東南亞、西式，可以吃到10:30。酒店工作人員熱情禮貌。泳池和海灘邊都安排了救生員，讓人安心。租水晶船，有服務員幫忙拍照。

本次長灘之旅最喜歡的酒店就是緋紅酒店了，真的強推啊，有免費接送機，自己專屬的碼頭和快艇，酒店相當於一個度假村，有三個餐廳，好幾個游泳池，門口有私人海灘，人少又乾淨，每個房間還送拖鞋帽子和帆布袋，遇到生日還送生日小蛋糕，雖然房間不便宜，但是感覺真的很值，自助早餐品種很多，超級喜歡

Великолепный отель. Отлично встретили. Повысили бесплатно уровень номера. Просторный, большой номер с балконом. Бесплатный минибар, подарки от отеля в виде сумки и шляпы. Большая территория с закрытым пляжем без всяких зазывал и продаванов. Сервис на высоком уровне. Завтраки с огромным выбором и блюдами которые готовят при тебе. Я приеду только сюда! 🥰

Our stay at Crimson Hotel was truly exceptional!
