Location was great as it was near beach area around 1 to 2 minutes walk. The price per room is great very budget friendly, and very near to convenience stores. The only thing I don't like is unable to request late check out even 1 minute past 12noon wil be charge 150php(150php per hour).

I love how this accomodation is near the beach at a very affordable price. Convenience store are nearby also and activities area.
The restaurants nearby are of good quality also.
There is a nice beach club nearby which also has videoke so its a good thing right after night out or dinner there is only a short walking distance back to this hotel.
Budget fan room is also nice and cozy, spacious shower and toilet.
Stairs only so its not convenient for those that need special assistance unless you request for it. They also have water dispenser in the lobby so you can just refill your water bottle before you head out rather than buy in the convenience stores.
Overall very nice budget place.
