不錯，環境挺好

There is no free parking space, but you can park on the street from 10pm to 8am for free. So I have to get up early to pay the street parking . There is no much around the hotel. The room size is big and cannot complain for this price .

優點：免費停車，停車場位置多。入住退房手續簡單方便。價格便宜 缺點：房間很小，靠近地鐵有點吵，沒有洗漱用品和拖鞋，要自帶。 地點：離地鐵很近，自駕最方便

Only stayed for one night, when we attended an event in Cologne. The hotel was so convenient to find. On the S-bahn, it was 1 stop away from the central train station, and about a 5 minute walk from S-bahn stop to hotel. Lovely modern. clean hotel, comfortable bed & pillows, great shower, fluffy towels. Actually better than some European hotels that charge a lot more. I would stay again and would also look for this brand in other cities.

A small room just comfortable for a couple in a short stay to visit the city.

隔音很好，緊靠鐵路一點也聽不到噪音，停車方便，退房也不需要check out，拎包就走。衹是早餐略簡單了些。

Gute Lage. Ein Supermarkt ist in der Nähe, und der Hauptbahnhof ist nur eine Station entfernt. Das Personal an der Rezeption ist freundlich. Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln.

Terrible service and disrespect for guests ! We had an awful experience at this hotel. We couldn't sleep all night due to loud noise and heavy cigarette smoke coming into the room. The hotel administration officially acknowledged the issue on-site, signed and stamped our written complaint. However, during the remaining days of our stay, nobody from the management even tried to contact us or speak with us to resolve the issue on the spot. They simply pretended that nothing happened. After check-out, they refused any compensation, claiming they are no longer responsible since our registration ended. Complete lack of customer care. Thanks to 訂房網站 for partly compensating for this nightmare from their own pocket. Avoid this hotel ! Schrecklicher service und mangelnder respekt gegenüber den gästen! Ein schrecklicher aufenthalt. Wir konnten die ganze nacht wegen des lärms und des starken zigarettenrauchs im zimmer nicht schlafen. Die hotelleitung hat den mangel vor ort offiziell anerkannt (unsere schriftliche beschwerde wurde unterschrieben und gestempelt). Während der restlichen tage unseres aufenthalt hat jedoch niemand vom management versucht, uns zu kontaktieren oder das problem vor ort zu lösen. Man hat einfach so getan, als wäre nichts passiert. Nach dem check-out lehnte das hotel jede preisminderung ab, mit der absurden begründung, sie seien nach der abreise nicht mehr verantwortlich. Absolut unprofessionell und kundenfeindlich. Keine empfehlung. Meiden sie dieses hotel!

As we were 3 people, it’s difficult to found an accommodation. This hotel was clean, and the breakfast was tasty.
