The good: very clean and great location. Mall, restaurants, clothes and grocery stores near by. The Bad: the woman working overnight at the front desk was rude and seemed hating her job. The day shift staff were very nice though.  The ugly: 1. Worst pillows ever, just awful. Small in size and filled with pieces of some hard marble-feeling material; felt like sleeping on stones. 2. Strong nauseating smell of Raid the ant and roach killer in hallways. 3. Walls ( especially in the bathroom) were old with pieces falling off.
