This hotel is in a great location — convenient for exploring the western side of the Dolomites without being too far away. The design is minimal and clean, with plenty of parking available. The breakfast is also good, offering a wide variety of options. However, the staff could be more service-minded, as they tend to speak a bit curtly.

我們在 B&B Hotel Bolzano 住了一晚，整體體驗順利舒適。飯店設施新穎乾淨，門口就有停車位非常方便。櫃台人員態度親切，辦理入住也很迅速。房間比預期大很多，空間寬敞，住起來相當放鬆。早餐表現普通，選擇基本但不算豐富。唯一的小缺點是浴室水壓很小，洗澡有點不方便。不過整體來說是一間適合短暫停留的住宿選擇。

I recently stayed at B&B Hotel Bolzano and was very pleased with the overall experience. The rooms were modern, spacious, and perfectly clean, with comfortable beds and a huge bathroom that made my stay extra relaxing. Although the hotel is located in an industrial area, it was easy to get around by car, and there was ample parking available. B&B staff were always friendly and helpful (I stayed at B&B Tre Croci the day before), offering useful tips about exploring Bolzano. I really enjoyed the breakfast buffet - it had plenty of options like cold cuts, cheeses, pastries, and handmade orange juice.

Hotel vicino la Fiera, comodo per la superstrada e centri commerciali (non vicino al centro). Pulito, personale gentile, nella norma della Catena. Colazione varia dolce e salato, anche questa in linea con la Catena. Parcheggio ampio gratuito. Ottimo se si va nella zona commerciale o per una sosta di viaggio lungo la A22

This was the worst stay l've ever had. From the moment we arrived, things went wrong. The sink and bidet drains were completely clogged so water wouldn't drain at all. But the real nightmare happened when we were having breakfast: our room flooded from the ceiling, with water leaking through the fire alarm. Despite the obvious emergency, not a single staff member apologized or even acted surprised-like this was OK! Worse, nobody offered to move us, we had to demand a room change ourselves.

가성비 좋고 시설은 괜찮으나 볼차노역에서 숙소까지 거리가 있어 불편함이 있습니다. 버스 티켓이나 표지판 등이 잘 안내되어 있지 않아 시간이 많이 소요 되었네요.

前台就是一張桌子，服務員優先辦理團體客人，哪怕我先到的。 客人素質很差的老白女，電梯裡還對我指指點點，因為我進去先按了自己樓層沒等他按？ 附近晚上好像有個音樂節，很吵。
