整體水平還是不錯的酒店，但是我們嘗試了酒店的米其林餐廳，非常失望！主要原因如下，1.預約需要簽署保障協議，24小時前無法取消，取消需要收110歐的費用；2.要求我們事先確認套餐，結果在餐廳用餐時發現其他客人都是到現場後決定的。由於我們午餐吃的較晚較飽，事先選的套餐太多，吃到最後基本都沒有吃了，感覺被酒店前台忽悠啦！3.菜品還是不太和亞洲人口味，甜點完全無法入口…膩的不行🙂↔️ 還有不滿的就是酒店wifi不好，在房間基本無法使用。

因為連住二天前台小哥給免費升級了一天的房型，房間夠大，很乾凈。步行可以到各個景點，大概都在十幾分鐘左右。房間裡的wifi不太好用，也無法接受5G信號📶

A great location with 5 minutes from the train station one way and 5 minutes to the city centre the other. The room was clean, comfortable and stylish. The room we were assigned was #229 and the loft bed may be an issue for some, but it gave the room a quirkiness you don’t expect from a hotel. This was a fantastic option for a place to stay in Bologna.

An sich ein gehobenes Hotel mit allem was ein 4 Sterne + zu bieten hat. Als wir dort waren, fanden verschiedene Kongresse statt , es herrschte reger Betrieb. Wir waren nur eine Nacht dort und hatten ein Standart Zimmer - Zimmer Nummer 328- direkt gegenüber vom Aufzug. Die gesamte Nacht waren in regelmäßigen Abständen starke Geräusche zu hören( vermutlich ein Defekt vom Aufzug?) Wir erwähnten es beim Check out- wurde nur achselzuckend angenommen- wahrscheinlich bekannt. Was auffallend war, wir hatten auf dem Nachttisch Ohrstöpsel liegen- vielleicht hätten wir da hellhörig werden müssen. Das Zimmer war wirklich schön- hatte ein Balkon zur Hauptstraße hin- sehr schöne Aussicht, sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet. Das Bett war schön hart. Was zu erwähnen gilt: es gibt dort ein mit einem Michelin Stern ausgezeichnetes Restaurant. Ich vermute, hätten wir ein besseres Zimmer gehabt, wäre es ein schöner Aufenthalt geworden- so war es dies leider nicht.

酒店位於火車站附近，走路也就五分鐘，離市中心也不遠。周邊有不少餐飲的選擇，非常方便。 房間還可以，比較舒適，衞生間很大。 缺點就是臨街的窗戶不太隔音，有點吵。

Out of control heating. Room was 29.7 degrees celsius. Had to open window and endless noise came in. New staff completely out of training. Was left waiting 8 minutes by front desk staff that was talking to maintenance over an alarm issue. Senior staff super friendly and comped our tab for our troubles.

Mon séjour d’une nuit à l’hôtel I Portici Bologna a été très agréable. La propreté et l’emplacement étaient excellents, offrant un cadre soigné et bien situé au cœur de la ville. Le service était satisfaisant, bien que quelques améliorations soient possibles. Les commodités étaient bonnes, rendant l’expérience globale confortable et plaisante.
