博洛尼亞聖維塔萊烏納酒店 (UNA Hotels San Vitale Bologna)

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel this past July for almost a week with the recommendation of Enrique. When I first arrived along with my husband, the people at the front of the door helped open the door. Checking in was very smooth with the help of the manager in the front (Laura). We were easily checked in and escorted upstairs to our room within a matter of minutes. Room was great with a nice patio overlooking a section of the Arno River. The location of the hotel is very nice as it is walking distance to the River. I even walked there during sunset hour. It is beautiful. My favorite part of the hotel was the breakfast buffet. In my opinion, it is better than the ones in America. The food was delicious. It was nice to try the coffee with their coffee machines. Might I add, not all hotels offer a juicer. While traveling, it can be hard to stay healthy so that juicer was very nice. The room was well air conditioned. It was well kept. The housekeeping lady did an amazing job keeping the room tidy. It was nice coming back to a cool room. Also, I forget the name of the young lady bartender... she was very nice and accommodating. The front desk even helped call the taxis when necessary since we're not from there. The lobby was also a nice place just to relax and cool down while waiting for a ride or just lounging. Would definitely recommend staying here and coming back again.

房間算大，價格算便宜了，才1000不到，但是每天衹有一瓶免費水，買水也不方便，去火車站也挺遠差不多要7公里左右，早餐還是可以的

Notre séjour à l’hôtel s’est bien passé. Le personnel était très volontaire pour nous aider lorsque nous nous sommes trompés de numéro de chambre, car l’écriture n’était pas très lisible

位置還不錯，博洛尼亞沒有地鐵， 這旅館，公車站就在門口， 附近也有大賣場要買東西很方便， 房間很大很乾淨， 冰箱好像不太冰，有點可惜， 早餐不錯～

非常NICE的酒店，我們又轉到博洛尼亞附近，所以又住了這個酒店，前台一眼就認出了我們。已經是第三次住這個酒店了，性價比很高，很乾凈，早餐也不錯，推薦大家住這裡。

房間很大，採光好，早餐選擇性也多，就是離市中心有一點點遠

Wish I could give a 10/10 stars for room service and 2/10 for bar. Una hotel has the top notch room service, literally the best one I have ever experienced, which also raised my bar for later 訂房網站s. Personalized pillows for cervical spondylosis, strict hygiene standards, definitely recommend. However the bar is a bit too annoying. I craved for hot water but there’s no kettle in the room, which is totally fine, so I went to the bar downstairs and asked for a cup of hot water. The water was disgusting with a taste of rusty pipes, and the mug was so dirty with TEA STAIN from bottom to top. I really don’t understand why did he do this to me. I politely asked him if I can have a cup of hot water and thanked him for this, there’s no reason he should serve me a filthy mug.
