Staff are service oriented. Service of every staff are excellent. I like their food and the view is breathtaking. I have a concern with flies flying around since it’s rainy season. The refrigerator isn’t that cold. Our leftover food got spoiled the next day.

It is a wonderful place to relax and spend time with a loved one. The food was amazing and always delivered in a timely manner. Some staff could use some retraining on professionalism. It's definitely not professional to be talking rudely about a filipina with her foreign spouse. Besides that, a definite 4 out of 5.

Good -Spectacular Ocean view, literally overlooking marina and ocean perched on a hill side, pet friendly, many nice pools to use. Rooftop bar and welcome drink. Couple Marina was spacious and had separate bedroom. Air-conditioned. Shower was not warm but was later checked and supposedly working, local drinking water provided. In room in hot cold water dispenser Eating area on balcony, full kitchen and dishware and beer / cola stocked in ref. Basement garage parking and guard. Restaurant on site with good food and drinks. Parking a bit limited on site (bug spray recommended for foreigners). Employees welcoming and very responsive and well groomed. Dine in room available lunch and on. Pizza available also. Boat rides available to contract to go see giant clams available. Use QR code and messenger to order food in room. Housekeeping very responsive. Phone in room. Market short walk or motorcycle ride up the hill. Bad -No elevator and steep stairs to go from top to bottom. Ugly -No beach.

Nice place, interesting location and just 2 minute drive to town. No beach, just a small swimming pool. Room was ok, cooking facilities were adequate and had a nice balcony where we could barbecue although the local kids kept pestering us for money whenever we ventured out onto the balcony. Bolinao is a small town with very little to do and limited grocery stores, suggest you buy your supplies before getting here. As for the beaches we tried Patar and old rock, and I was not particularly impressed by either. Ventured out to the waterfalls and ended up at No 3, my 5 year old enjoyed it so worth a visit although he was ill afterwards, not sure if it was due to the water. Would I visit Bolinao again, no, there are far better places to go in the Philippines. Would I recommend Sundowners, yes, expensive but nice.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and beautifully maintained, making it easy to feel comfortable and relaxed. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything we needed.
