We stayed for 1 night and booked 5 rooms for our group. Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The staff were accommodating, and the cleanliness, amenities, and overall service were good. The location is also convenient for visitors exploring Patar Beach and Bolinao. One thing we particularly appreciated was the free use of the kitchen and grilling area. This is a great feature for guests who want to cook or grill freshly caught fish, seafood, or barbecue. The complimentary LPG for cooking was also a nice bonus and added value to our stay. The swimming pool is also a great addition to the property and was enjoyed by our group. However, during our stay, the pool water appeared somewhat cloudy. We are not sure if this was temporary, but perhaps more frequent maintenance or water treatment would help keep it looking cleaner and more inviting for guests. There are also several areas that could be improved considering the room rates are comparable to many good hotels in Manila and other destinations where we have stayed. The shower water pressure was very low, making it difficult to shower comfortably. The rooms also did not have mirrors or TVs, which are basic amenities many guests would expect. The WiFi connection was extremely slow and unreliable throughout our stay. In addition, unlike many hotels within the same price range, the rooms did not provide towels or basic toiletries. While these may seem like small details, they significantly affect the overall guest experience and value for money. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciate the hospitality of the staff. With improvements to the pool maintenance, water pressure, WiFi, and room amenities, the guest experience would be even better and more aligned with the room rates being charged.

Ich möchte dieses Hotel eingeschränkt weiter empfehlen! Zunächst ist dieses Hotel bei der ersten Anreise schwierig zu finden, weil es keine Hinweis-Schilder (Straßen- und/oder Hotelschilder wie für andere Hotels) gibt! Ich habe die preiswerteste Kategorie gebucht und deshalb kann man natürlich nicht den gleichen Standard erwarten aber in dem Wohn-/Schlafraum fehlte es an einem Schrank oder Regal, mindestens jedoch an mehr Aufhängehaken! Toilette und Dusche (perfekt!) waren in einem Raum und deshalb war dieser Raum permanent unter Wasser. Aus dem Wasserhahn des Waschbeckens kam nur ein minimales „Rinnsal“ und der Abfluss funktionierte nur sehr langsam (vielleicht verstopft)! Fehlende Handtücher müssen ggf. nachgeordert werden! Bei ausgebuchtem Hotel kann der Parkraum knapp werden! WLAN gab‘s nur im öffentlichen Bereich (das war aber auch so kommuniziert)! Nach dem Abendessen im nachbarschaftlichen Restaurant hatte ich am nächsten Tag einen Durchfall (Magenproblem wegen dem Gemüse)!

The place was nice. Great location, very close to the beach. Pool was nice too. Downside is that they didn’t provide towels for each guest, we had to ask for extras. I would still recommend it to others, might return also for its closeness to the beach area.

Accessible naman yung place pero yung room na binigay is luma. May butas yung pinto, mahina yung shower, barado yung sink and toilet bowl. Upon arrival, yung frontdesk wala kasi natutulog pa daw. Hindi rin maayos bookings nila.

hello, when we got there the weather is nice. the beach a only near the villa also its very near to any place thats popular around it.
