The hotel building looks newly constructed but the room had a typical smell. Blanket and bedsheets had small hair and was terribly unclean. Not a great stay experience

Room is very congested. No kitchen. Hospitality is very poor. Room and wash room are flooded with mosquitoes. Kettle is there but no sugar, tea and milk pouches. No value for tariff

I recently stayed at [hotel blugent] and had an exceptional experience! the staff were extremely polite, rooms were immaculate, and service was top-notch. Highly recommend.

Room not as per given discription on mmt, very small, no any work desk, no any common complementary iteam without ask him. Every time i ask for service, breakfast is not up to mark, not fresh brekfast only poori bhaji, tea quality also poor
