Hotel Orangutan is in a lovely spot. I had a great view of the area from the high room I was based in and the rooms were comfy and spacious. The staff are very friendly and the food cooked in the kitchen was delicious! 🤤

Location is great. Hotel is aged which can be accepted. The staff was totally unhelpful. Simple things like arranging a laundry while we were to go on the jungle hike seemed too much for them. There must be better options.

Wir hatten insgesamt 4 Zimmer im Hotel für unseren Familienausflug gebucht. der Kontakt mit Luise war perfekt. Es wurde alles organisiert und klappte vorzüglich. Auch vor Ort waren alle Mitarbeiter äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel ist schön gelegen, jedoch sind die Stufen, die zum oberen Haus (Familiensuite und 2 Superior Zimmer) zurückzulegen sind für unsportliche Personen eine Herausforderung und für Menschen mit Gehbehinderung nicht zu bewältigen.
