I was very pleased with this resort. The price was affordable for an oceanfront resort. Keep in mind that there are two different Hayahay Resorts. I stayed in the newer one which is Hayahay Resort at Genesis. I highly recommend this resort over the other due to its modern design and new amenities. Also, it costs the same price as the older one.

Clean room, decent facilities and excellent location as it was right on the beach. It was good for the price. Downsides are that there was no Wi-Fi in my room which was annoying, there was also no kettle to make coffee in the morning and you also had to pay to use the few sun loungers available by the hotel. Would stay there again but they really need to fix the internet issue.

The toilet and towels were dirty. Not my ideal hotel stay. The food at the restaurant were so expensive yet not worth it.
The staff were nice.

Perfect location on Alona Beach. Rooms are ok. We stayed towards the back and couldn't hear any of the noise from the busy beach nightlife.
