地平線海灘潛水度假酒店 (Lost Horizon Beach Dive Resort)

Hotel was near the beach which is the only good thing. Other than that. Hotel is old, comfort room has molds, showers have mold. Im not sure if they filters sea waters from the beach as its salty. Additional person was php 990 compare to whats on the site for php 550. Not worth the price all in all.

We booked a standard room and were given a room right by the entrance. It was very noisy. People were sitting outside our room and talking until 3 a.m. We complained about the conversations that night. In the morning, they wanted a refund for the remaining days and to book another hotel. We were offered a room on the second floor. And thank you very much for moving us. At least we got some sleep.

I booked this hotel for a quick getaway. It was as advertised and in the perfect location. I was near everything! Staff was nice and helpful with airport transfers. The room was clean enough and spacious. Could be updated, but exactly what I needed.

It was a terrible place, hard to locate because it’s down a back alley, has only one small sign that was nearly impossible to see, and to reach the place was down an unpaved dark narrow alley full of mud puddles and pot holes. The room was very small and had a small window that did not open overlooking a concrete wall. The toilet ran all night because the flapper did not flap. The staff were rude, the restaurant was closed and the pool was closed for maintenance or something. I was very disappointed and would never recommend this hotel, ever, to anyone.

Do not come here. The AC unit is too small for the room so you'll be sweating all night. Really overpriced for such an old room. Saw a roach in the room night 1. The pool is nice but closes early. You have to ask the front desk for water, it's not automatic. Nice staff.

This is a mixed review as at first it was terrible. I selected the resort for my birthday the room I got the shower and toilet seat were broken. There was no hot water and the room was very small. The restaurant food wasn't good, neither were the drinks. I complained bitterly and was upgraded to a deluxe room which was far superior. I recommend only to choose a deluxe room as the others are old and too compact.

Perfect location - beach view from hitel cafe. 2 min walk to sandy beach. Hotel rooms spacious, but shower and general room a bit tired looking, but I was happy with the price and location, so not a problem.

Our room is facing the sea with terrace which is like their horizon suite I guess. Decor is tired, the shower is rusty, but works. Staff are very average, they don’t understand service. They just follow the book in terms of check in and check out. Location is the best part as it’s right in the beach and everything is reachable by walking. If you don’t expect much from service and a tired looking room and very poor bathroom then you’re good.

Lots of mosquitos, very humid in the room, and the safety bolt on my door was broken as if someone had kicked it off the doorframe. Location was right on Alona beach, which was convenient

Началось с того, что зарегистрировавшись, нас повели в комнату, с видом на море, по факту окно смотрели на задний двор с парковкой, а запах в комнате стоял, как будто там неделю морили тараканов, и ещё на нас осталось, мы сразу же вернулись на ресепшн и предъявили вопросы, на что нас в принципе, просто послали. Никакие уговоры о том, что не то и все совсем не так не помогали. Менеджер предложил за 400 песо за ночь апгрейдить номер, при разнице в цене в бронировщике 1$, такая вот у них математика. Пришлось обращаться в 訂房網站.com, там достаточно оперативно ответили и попросили подождать около часа, пока они смогут решить. Через час с небольшим, я, для пущей убедительности попросил менеджера пройти со мной в номер и насладится этим неповторимым ароматом ядохимикатов. Наверное и благодаря этому, по возвращении и посоветовавшись с управляющим, они нам сделали апгрейд и поселили в другие номера, без запаха и с видом на море. Было уже поздно и мы уже не сильно стали придираться, хотя было к нему. Номер был вполне сносно убран и белье все чистое, но в душе было что то ужасное, все стекла и рамки в пятнах извести или соли, смеситель весь ржавый, короче мы вспомнили индийский стиль убранства номеров. И за 3 ночи проживания к нам ни разу не приходили убирать номер, не знаю откуда у него 3 звёзды, там и одной много. Короче, не советую, не рекомендую, даже 50$ не стоит.
