杜馬陸安海灘度假村 (Dumaluan Beach - Marilou Resort)

Our family 訂房網站 was amazing .. very accomodating and friendly staff. Clean and tidy rooms. But 1 thing more, they should have intercom phones in the room so if the guest has any concerns or requests no need to go outside and go to the reception.

Our stay was okay but it could’ve been improved a lot by some minor adjustments. We were disappointed to find there was no kettle or tea/coffee supplies in the room which we believe should come as standard, especially in a resort. Also, bottled water is only provided on check in and not daily which we were disappointed with also. There were no Sun loungers around the pool like the photos depicted on Trip app. Very limited loungers on the beach front so they were never available. Breakfast was disappointing as there was no bread or fruit, and when bread was requested for myself who does not eat meat and dislikes eggs, there was no butter. I’ve never heard of a restaurant not having butter! There were very limited options, and you were rationed to only have 1 sausage and 1 egg as it was an assisted buffet. There was rice also but nothing to go with it. Also no tea bags available, only coffee. No laundry or scooter rental service which would’ve made our stay a lot more convenient, and no assistance to help find these services when asked if they provided them. Limited plug sockets in the room made it difficult to use our devices and charge them concurrently. There was no shower gel, only a small bar of soap but shower gel is preferable. Water dispensers to fill our own bottles would’ve been nice considering no bottled water provided on days other than check in day. All in all a disappointing stay. Aside from the nice beach, the location was also quite inconvenient as we hadn’t realise there were no other options of shops and restaurants available other than the resort itself.

well the place is good but the service is not good, they charged me 2 extra bed but only 1 extra bed,, the room is only 4 pax and we are 6..

The room got moist when we adjust the aircon. The floor was slippery so I tried to wipe it out using the tissue paper just to dry it but the next day got same senario. The turn on/off of the shower is quite confusing you must be familiar or else you will get wet again.

The resort was quite quiet which is what we wanted, but felt like off season. There was some renovation and the restaurant closed a little earlier than we would have liked. (there was no information about renovation when we booked the resort) Having said that, the resort was very clean and well looked after.

Номер был делюкс, бунгало, жили 6 дней, очень милый отель, прям на берегу моря. Территория зеленая красивая. Все понравилось.

ロケーション最高！ 空港送迎も、しっかり対応してくれた。 プールが良い。敷地に入るには、ゲートがあるため治安も良い。

Wir haben ein Zimmer Superior Deluxe gebucht, nach der Zimmerzuteilung haben wir dann festgestellt, dass das Badezimmer unerträglich stinkt. Nach einem Upgrade auf ein Deluxe Zimmer war dieses Problem weg. Für das Upgrade haben wir dann 600 Peso Aufschlag pro Tag bezahlt. Das ganze Hotel ist doch eher für Einheimische geeignet, großer Renovierungsstau. Beim duschen lief das Wasser auf den Badfussboden und blieb dort als große Pfütze stehen, da der Ablauf höher war als Bodenniveau. Bei der Benutzung der Toilette waren die Beine dann in der Pfütze. Ein Badvorleger fehlte. Es gab keine Handtücher für den Pool, keine Tassen und nur ein Glas. Wasserkocher war vorhanden. Zum Frühstück gab es ein Spiegelei, eine Tasse Reis, eine Scheibe fragwürdiger S*****en und ein bisschen Obst. Oder ein Spiegelei, zwei Scheiben Toast, etwas Marmelade und Butter, eine Scheibe fragwürdiger S*****en und ein bisschen Obst. Kaffee und Getränke konnte man sich selbst holen. Der Pool war gut und ist ansprechend gestaltet. Der Strand ist schön und wird vom Personal gereinigt. Der an der Rezeption angeschriebene WLAN Zugang funktionierte nur dort, nicht in den Zimmern und nicht im Restaurant. Am letzten Tag kurz vor der Abreise erfuhren wir dann von einem anderen WLAN Zugang. Dieser funktionierte im Restaurant und am Pool aber nicht im Zimmer.

Pro- area is really nice. Pool is nice Cons- no internet No one cleans your room or gives you fresh linen or towels. The restuarang is over priced and tge food is disguisting! I woukd never stay here again- tge hitls next door are amazing. We left half way tgrough our booking. There was no hotwater butvtye hotel next to you has and laughed when k asked them. Hygene is terribke and honestky its cheao to stay at but rather stay at a good hostel. This place is worse than a poor hostel
