The lobby had a very offputting smell. When we checked in we were given a room up a small staircase, my sister has physical limitations and the staff would not help us carry the bags to our room. When we got there, the key didn’t work so I went back to the front desk and she didn’t believe me and walked me back to the room to make sure that I was correct that the key in fact did not work and then I had to go back to the desk with her again for her to give me another key of which only one of two worked.

The building is very poorly maintained. Reception staff very unfriendly. Rooms poorly cleaned. Staff can be heard talking very loudly in the bar in the building itself. Very disappointed. Pretty bad for the price.
