住宿體驗實在太差了！ 特地定了最貴的房型，沒想到衞生條件那麼差！花灑是搖搖欲墜的，浴巾是舊到發黃的，床單是有不明頭髮的，泳池都是臟樹葉叫來撈也沒來。隔音極差，隔壁別墅吵到半夜三點，好不容易安靜了，一會天亮了，窗簾都遮不住光，早餐的碗碟也不乾淨。房間的電話怎麼找也找不到😂

整體環境和服務都不錯，早餐很豐盛。就是房間裡螞蟻實在太多了，尤其床上，睡覺睡的超級不安心。而且洗臉盆沒有熱水，不太方便。

Bermalam 1 malam di Rubicon 2 bedroom, akses jalan ke lokasi kecil dan sulit untuk kendaraan pendek seperti sedan, villa dikunjungi 3 kecoak, 1 di kamar mandi utama, 2 di kamar mandi lantai dasar, kebersihan perlu ditingkatkan, villa tidak ada meja makan, info ke petugas, dan diberikan meja makan (digotong masuk ke villa), tidak disediakan sabun cuci piring, breakfast standard, jam 9.30am makanan sudah banyak yang habis dan tidak direfill ulang.

Tempat Deket dari gadog dan luas, tidak kena macet, dapat tipe kamar Deket dengan lobby, cari makanan keluar hotel bisa jalan kaki Makanan walau di weekday tetep banyak menu dan enak. Wifi super kencang, air panas normal cepet dan TDK perlu tgg lama.

We recently booked both the Cherokee Tent and Willy’s Tent for our stay. In terms of room decoration, amenities, and facilities, everything was well prepared and met our expectations. However, there were a couple of drawbacks. The tents are located quite close to nearby mosques, so the morning prayers were loud enough to wake us up, and we couldn’t go back to sleep afterward. Additionally, the tents’ design doesn’t offer much soundproofing. We could clearly hear conversations from other guests walking by. Despite these minor inconveniences, the overall experience was unique and memorable. It’s a great option if you’re looking for a different kind of stay.

Overall sangat puas. Krn high season ada beberapa bagian kamar yg kurang bersih tp langsung dibenerin. Petugas ramah dan tanggap. Rasa breakfast harusnya bisa ditingkatkan. ~Cherokee tent~

Happy bgt di jsi , fasilitas oke, makanan oke dan beragam, pak dadang manager resto nya super ramah , kekuranganya cuma di fasilitas buggycar yg lama datang saat saya ke minizoo hendak pulang ke kamar, harus berkali2 hubungi cs ny dl bahkan hrus mnungu hampir setengah jam , kasihan ortu dan anak2 menunggu lama. selebih ny oke
