Worst experience, no bathroom kit, AC stopped working in mid of 1st night and no one addressed it. No facilities in the room just the beds.

Hotel has an excellent location on main road and very near to Mahabodhi temple and other monastaries. Clean rooms. good service. Breakfast menu need change every day and more varieties required.

As a location is near to Mahabodhi temple but room is quality is not good as much .1)room bad smell after ( room as well as washroom also) using room freshener also. 2) room tiles taking sound when waking on fllower jast like broken tiles.3) room size is small as compared to price rate

This hotel is total waste. Worst experience ever. It looks nice from outside and reception area is fine but the moment you step in the room, your expectations and enjoyment will vanish. They have zero room service, no housekeeping even after multiple calls. They did not even bother to provide mineral water daily. They are serving cold tea that also after 2-3 hours. they are charging premium money for food but that is complete waste of money as it doesn't have any taste. They have shown swimming pool but you can't avail that cause it's too dirty to step in. They have listed too many amenities but are not providing most of them : No housekeeping - in 2 days stay, room was not cleaned. Very poor room service Water Clogging in washroom No laundry service No dental kit No slippers No bathrobes No shower cap No hair dryer, air purifier and sewing kit. I am feeling cheated as they kept such a low standard hote with such a premium price. No one should book this hotel.

1.Good clean resort. 2. Great buffet breakfast. 3. Nice location. 4. Only problem is it is BANQUET location and very noisy due to frequent marriages and functions..even marriage guests are knocking on the door during midnight . THIS IS A MAJOR SET BACK.

Hotel location is good staff is very professional & helping room & bathroom are well maintained food is tasty at restaurant lift is not available but not a big deal as hotel as just ground and first floor ample parking space overall highly satisfied
