Reception a bit strict. I booked 2 rooms. Unforeseen event, i excess 1 child, she really chased us. Calling room time tontime asking how many are inside. This is despite wifi was down all day and only fixed 10:30PM. Should be give and take...

Abbiamo prenotato 4 notti al Balar Resort and spa, ci siamo trovate talmente bene, che abbiamo esteso il nostro soggiorno di altre 3 notti! Hotel pulitissimo , posizione eccellente per visitare la splendida isola di Marinduque, lo staff tutto estremamente gentile e disponibile per ogni esigenza, un ringraziamento speciale alla gentilissima e professionale Jonelyn che nelle giornate di pioggia ci ha procurato anche un preziosissimo ombrello! 😃 Sempre degli stessi proprietari, proprio accanto c'è un piccolo negozio fornito di tutto, e di fronte all'Hotel il 10 Y. O. Cafe, dove gustare ottimi pasti!

Marinduque is climbing the charts of the best places Ive visited so far this year.. People are very well mannered.. Food is Great! There are a lot of places to vist and a lot of things to do. Balar on the other hand is the worst ive ever been. They have the worst policies in place for a generic hotel, blower wasn’t working - we asked for it to be repaired and staff said they already called the technician to fix - they didnt fix it. No one’s available to clean the room after 5pm. though on the other note.. the employees are great. If you are looking not to spoil your visit in Marinduque might as well look for another hotel.
