The hotel was close to the beach, however the room has a handle missing from the drawer as well as the wardrobe.

Fantastic place, situated near south pier, the gentleman that runs this hotel is very helpful and his manners are just perfect. Would recommend a stay here.

Absolutely terrible no staff run this hotel over an hour and a half before a staff member even showed up no bar that has been taken away no breakfast due to no one running the place no hot water guests all fighting and moving to a different hotels luggage going missing the rooms are disgusting under the beds there’s McDonald’s wrappers old bottles and god knows what else tiles in bathroom are all broken and filthy defo not a place to take your family

Absolutely shocking not one member of staff in the hotel there’s no breakfast no bar as advertised rooms are disgusting under the beds are filthy no hot water Guests going crazy cause there luggage is missing guests leaving cause there’s no one there to check them in things getting smashed worst experience I’ve had in Blackpool
