Good morning 😊 I'm very pleased with this me time escape by the sea for a night.as always 訂房網站.com looks after me when I'm wanting to come away for a night to pamper myself. This hotel really is one if not the best hotels in Blackpool. It's very clean comfortable beds great bathrooms with plenty of hot hot water to soak all the stress away.good tea/coffee making in the room.pillows are lovely. I always put in a request for a high up quiet room and this hotel has always took the time rato look at my request and do their upmost best to make my stay very welcoming .I could not find and problems with this lovely old classic hotel.its got alot of character. They have some good drinks packages now at reception and also entertainment each night.go on pamper yourself 😊😊😊

The room is so small.with expensive price. The sea view room is not actually a sea view room, the window is so small, u cannot see anything inside the room.. beside, the room is very old and dark, the water tap in the bath out of order and no power for shower!

Classic old style hotel, but still keep tidy and great customer service in reception. Plenty parking but have to pay £10 over night parking. Buffet breakfast is brilliant.

The large hotel heralds a bygone glamor splendor. Top notch in its day when it welcomed world class celebrities and dignitaries. It needs up keeping and renovation. Free parking for hotel guests

An old, traditional hotel. Although dated in some areas, the rooms were clean and comfortable, with everything functioning properly. The service was friendly. Cannot complain based on the price paid. Nothing special, but nothing bad either.

The hotel appears attractive from the outside, but the interior is quite run-down. The sanitary conditions were poor, and the front desk service was very disappointing. It took nearly an hour to check in, which caused us to miss our scheduled attractions and led to financial loss. Not recommended.

The Imperial Hotel is dated and requires a lot of internal work to bring it back to some sort of standard. The carpets are threadbare, the beds are broken, the windows are broken and do not close, our room was never serviced during our stay. We had to change rooms after our first night, there was bed bugs in one of the beds! The hotel is badly managed in regards to the entertainment etc. We only ate breakfast in the hotel, it was a buffet type which was ok. The dining room manager could have been more professional, she kept going from one job to the other, without completing a single job, kept leaving her post at the entrance and left clients waiting to be seated for a long time.

Beautiful hotel staff were very kind and friendly however it is 4 mile walk to the pleasure beach plus side is in a quieter location away from bars ect about a mile walk for a decent place to have a drink the room was disappointing compared to the grand lobby however one night stay to lay head wasn't too bad Blackpool isn't what it used to be and you can feel that when you walk around very run down so was nice to be going back to stay in a building that felt safe and bit more up market then the town 10 pound parking which is 24 hours from when you pay so we didn't have to more car next day after check out which was great

Unfortunately this hotel has become totally unacceptable if you are looking for a peaceful break. Checking in was a complete nightmare, depending who you spoke to, you were given different reasons as to why the delay. As it happens there were issues getting the laundry returned. Late at night there were children running back and forth along the corridor and also experienced continue banging early hours of the morning from the service doors opposite. The room was clean and the staff generally pleasant. Unfortunately the hotel are looking to cater for the young families and the older generation. There is even a large electronic games room for the children. It was over 10 years ago since I last visited Blackpool and found the area rather lacking in what it had to offer .
